If you have an active Kalibrr subscription, you can head to “Resume Search” once you’re logged in to your account.
Look for the candidates best fit for your job by adjusting the filters or entering any keywords relevant to the job position you are sourcing for. For a more efficient candidate search, make sure to select the position you are sourcing for and Kalibrr will automatically filter the candidate pool according to the criteria you’ve indicated in your job post.
You can narrow down the list of candidates by adding more criteria through the filters on the left-hand side of your screen.
Click on “Advanced Search” for more filter types.
You can also search through specific pools of candidates. On the top left portion of your screen, you will see “All Candidates.” From this drop-down, you can select a pool you would like to search through. Here are descriptions of the different candidate pools:
- All Candidates - All candidates on Kalibrr, regardless if they have or have not applied to your company previously
- Applied, Processing - This pool includes only candidates who have already applied to your company previously
- Archived - This pool only includes candidates that are in the archived state, they can be in any of the following states under Archived: No Show, No Response, Rejected, Withdrew application.
- Pending Invites - This pool includes candidates that you have previously sent invites to
- Recommended - This pool contains candidates that Kalibrr recommends for a specific position. You may or may not have invited candidates in this pool already. You also may have received applications from this pool as well.
- Saved - Any candidates you have previously saved through Resume Search will be visible here
You can further filter your search results by selecting from the checkboxes above the search results (Not invited, Not applied, Not archived). This allows you to easily see the fresh talent that you have not engaged in before.
Once you’ve reviewed the profiles from your filtered search results. Hover over the chosen candidate and click on "Invite".
Select the job you would like to invite them to and compose your message. You might also have existing message templates you can choose from.
By default, the “Send as SMS” option is checked (available for premium users only). Note that SMS messages are limited to 120 characters. If you'd like to send a longer message, simply uncheck the box—your invite will then be sent via email and to their Kalibrr inbox.
You can also send invites to multiple candidates at once by ticking the checkboxes on the left side of a candidate card.
Candidates will receive notifications of your message through their Kalibrr account, email, and SMS. This also applies when candidates have applied to your job post(s).
Keep in mind that as long as a candidate has not accepted your invitation to apply, every message you send that candidate will be deducted from your monthly invites.
You can find candidates who have accepted your invitation in the “Shortlist” state of the Candidate List of the job you invited them to.
Once a candidate has accepted your invitation to apply, further messages you send to that candidate will no longer affect your monthly invites.
