What’s the difference of a public and private job post?

Public job posts appear on the Kalibrr Job Board. This means these job posts may be found on other websites online, such as when Kalibrr advertises these through our social media channels.

A Private job post does not appear on the Kalibrr Job Board. This job post will only be visible to anyone you choose to share the link with.

Private job posts can be used for:

• using the Kalibrr Applicant Tracking System to manage applicants from other sourcing channels

• confidential hiring

• online signups during offline events (job fairs, recruitment events, etc)

Private job posts may not be available for all Kalibrr subscriptions. Contact your Account Manager or [e-mail] to avail of a subscription with Private job posts.
