You may have hit the maximum number of teammates or recruiter seats on your account. You can check if this is the case by going to the Teammates section.
Head to the Teammates section by selecting it from the drop-down menu when you click your account name on the top right corner of the screen. You can see how many recruiter accounts have already been created under your company account.
If you would like to add more recruiters to your team, contact your Account Manager.
