Quality job posts attract quality talent. At Kalibrr we work to make sure job seekers and recruiters have a great experience on Kalibrr. For job seekers, that includes finding interesting and inspiring opportunities on Kalibrr. While for recruiters, it includes attracting and placing their expected caliber of talent for their companies.
One of the ways we ensure this is by creating standards for the jobs that appear on the Kalibrr Job Board. This is why every public job you create on Kalibrr goes through curation first either manually or automatically. During curation, job posts are reviewed and must meet the following criteria:

Clarity

Concise
These job post guidelines are based on our studies of what job seekers perceive as impressive and attractive job posts. If your job post does not meet the guidelines based on the above-mentioned criteria, you will be notified immediately through your Kalibrr account and via email.
Our curation team actively reviews job posts from Monday-Friday, between 8 am - 5 pm. You can expect your jobs to be curated within 12 business hours from the time you first created it.
Everytime a job post is edited, it goes through curation again to ensure consistency.
