I already sent invites but I don't get any responses.

Waiting for a candidate's response can be frustrating. Kalibrr sends auto emails to candidates with pending invitations. Other than this, we would recommend several actions that you can take:

1. Check your Message Template. Based on our research, candidates will respond faster if we include three pieces of information:  provide the highlight of the job, the company, and why they're a great fit for the position you offer. Kindly reach out to your Account Manager if you have other questions about this.
2. You may send a follow-up email to the candidate by visiting the Resume Search page.

• Click the "All Candidates" drop-down list,
• Select "Pending Invite".
• Click the "Select Position" to select the position and choose the message tab to send a follow-up message to the candidate.
