Where can I find my recommended candidates?

There are two areas where you can view candidates Kalibrr has recommended to you, in Resume Search and on a specific job's Candidate List.

To view your recommended candidates on Resume Search, head there by clicking "Resume Search" on the top navigation bar.

On the left corner of your screen, click on "All Candidates" and select "Recommended" from the drop-down menu.

Choose a position that you would like to view recommended candidates for. 

To view recommended candidates from your Candidate List, click on the "Leads" state of the job you are sourcing for.

When “Recommended” is selected at the top of the list of candidates, this means you are viewing Kalibrr’s recommended candidates for this job.

Another source for candidate leads in addition to your recommended candidates is the list of candidates who viewed and saved your jobs. On each job post, you can view which candidates have previously viewed or saved that job.

You can click on the (heart)  or  (eye)  icon and view the profiles of these candidates. These are candidates who have already shown interest in your job and might just need that invitation to convince them to apply. Click on a candidate's name to view their profile and determine if they are a fit for your job.

If they are a fit, click on “Invite to apply” to craft your message.
