At Kalibrr we encourage transparency and sincerity amongst our community of candidates & employers. You can help out by properly marking applicants who have not shown up by moving them to the No Show state.
Once you have moved them to No Show, their Kalibrr accounts will be flagged. Kalibrr will notify the concerned candidates about the status of their account and inquire about their possible reasons for miscommunication with you.
If it is not already part of your process, we recommend setting up a follow-up process before the actual interview schedule.
