How do I view an applicant’s profile?

View applications you've received in the Candidate List or in Resume Search.

Select the job and state you wish to view applications for on the Jobs Dashboard.

In your Candidate List, you will see all your received applications listed. Applications are categorized into two groups: Applicants for Consideration and Applications in Progress.

Applicants for Consideration - Applicants in this group have already completed all steps in the application process. We recommend viewing these applications first.

Applications in Progress - Applicants in this group have not completed all steps in the application process but have already expressed interest in applying. However, you may already view these applicants' profiles and contact them.

Click on an applicant card to view a profile.

A candidate's Kalibrr profile is designed to show you exactly what is on their resume along with some additional information that can support your screening such as:

• Kalibrr Assessment scores

• Answers to custom questions you require in your application process.

Explore a candidate's profile by clicking on their name in your Candidate List. Clicking on the profile tab shows you all the information the candidate has filled out on themselves: Work History, Education, Top Skills, a summary, and their assessment test results. More competitive candidates might choose to add more information such as References, Awards & Achievements, Organizations & Affiliations, etc.
