Through Kalibrr Reports, you can power your sourcing strategies with analytics. The different reports available on Kalibrr, allow you to understand various aspects of your recruitment team's activity on Kalibrr.

Here are brief descriptions of the reports currently available:
Overview
The Overview section has a color-coded graph of your general sourcing performance over time. This dashboard allows you to view your sourcing funnel from a high-level perspective.
Filters: job managers, brands, specific date ranges, job type (public, private), job status (active, deactivated)
What is this report useful for:
- Getting a snapshot of how your sourcing funnels are performing
- Identifying areas of the funnel that can be optimized/improved
- Contrasting recruitment performance with your timeline of recruitment activities
Candidate experience
This dashboard quantifies candidate satisfaction with the application experience and displays actual anecdotal feedback provided.
Filters: recruiter, job, date range/time period
What is this report useful for:
- Understanding relationships between your recruitment process and candidate experience
- Identifying areas for improvement in your application experience
Job Post Performance
This is a more detailed report on your job post statistics. See how healthy your sourcing pipelines are for each job post on Kalibrr. A Conversion Rates table also shows you a percentage analysis of your job post statistics. This dashboard allows you to extract deeper insights from each job’s sourcing funnel starting from visibility to resolution.
Filters: job, brand, locations, job manager, status (active, deactivated), custom questions, assessments

- Monitoring the performance of individual team members/jobs/brands
- Investigating conversion rates in detail
- Understanding the effects of customized application processes to funnel performance (i.e. assessments, custom questions)
Hiring Speed
Here is a graphed overview of your hiring and recruiting speed to guide you with your recruitment deadlines and pace. This report displays the average time each major step in your recruitment process takes to complete, based on a recruiter’s manual movement of candidates in the Kalibrr ATS. Major steps included are: acceptance/shortlist, Interview, offer, and hire.

In this dashboard, you can view applicant sources by online channel and location.

Team Productivity
Use this report to find out which of your recruiters have the most impact on your sourcing productivity. This report features an overview of recruitment activities per individual recruiter account on Kalibrr.

- Understanding team productivity
- Understanding relationships between productivity and hires placed
The correctness of the data presented in these reports is highly dependent on the consistent and accurate use of the Kalibrr Applicant Tracking System by your team’s recruiters.
