You can receive messages directly from anyone who has applied to your jobs, or you have invited to apply. Check for these messages in one of the following ways:
- Going to their profile in the job they applied for
- Checking your messages inbox
- Checking your email (This option is only available if your notification settings are configured)
A job seeker cannot send you a message if they have not been invited to apply to any of your jobs or applied for one themselves.
Messages from jobseekers can also be received through mobile. To configure this, go to Account Settings and tick the box under SMS Subscriptions. Make sure that you have a verified mobile number linked to your recruiter account.
