There are two ways you can send messages to applicants, you can either go directly to a candidate's profile and open the messages section or go to your Inbox where you can find all your messages with candidates listed.
You can go to a candidate's profile by searching for them on Resume Search or locating them in the Candidate List of the job they applied for.
Once you are on a candidate's profile, click on "Messages" to see your entire message history with that candidate.
In this section, you can also create a message in the text box below to send a new message.
You can also send a message to multiple candidates at a time. On the Candidate List, tick the checkbox next to each candidate you would like to send a message to. Click on “Message” to craft your message for this group of candidates.
To find a candidate's messages through the Inbox, click on the envelope icon found in the top right corner of your navigation bar.
You can enter the name of the candidate you would like to message in the search bar and click on their name. Your entire message history with the chosen candidate will appear on the right side of your screen.
You can also filter candidates by job to see messages only from candidates who applied for a specific job.
If you are on Resume Search and the Messages section does not appear on a candidate's profile, this means that the candidate has not yet applied to your company and has no existing message history. You must first send this candidate an invite to any one of your open positions and wait for them to respond to your invitation.
