How do I download a candidate's resume?

A candidate's Kalibrr profile is designed to show you exactly what is on a candidate's resume along with some additional information that can support your screening such as the following:

• Kalibrr Assessment scores
• Answers to custom questions you require in your application process.

If there is information missing from a candidate's profile, you can download their resume (provided they have uploaded one). Go to the candidate's profile and scroll down to the resume section. Click on "Download resume."

Downloading a candidate's resume is only possible if that candidate has already applied to your company previously and has been shortlisted for any position.
