Every candidate profile contains a section for "Assessments." Find this by going to a specific candidate's profile through your Candidate List or Resume Search, and clicking on the "Assessments" tab.
The results of all Kalibrr assessments that the candidate has taken and has chosen to make public will be visible in this section.
Assessment results are standardized to 4 thresholds to ease screening and allow you to get a quick idea of a candidate’s abilities. These are the 4 thresholds:
- Outstanding - Candidates at this level are experts at the specific skills tested for. While they may occasionally still make mistakes in new situations/problems, candidates at this level recover fast because they have acquired sophisticated tools, a well-developed framework, and a wide variety of knowledge to perform their tasks.
- Good - Candidates have a variety of knowledge in this skill and can independently handle a wide range of problems with ease. They have a strong system as the basis for their complex problem-solving but may occasionally make mistakes. They can work independently.
- Satisfactory - Candidates possess enough knowledge to perform specific tasks involving this skill. Variation in problem-solving is expected since the framework for thought processing is basic. Often the candidates are comfortable solving problems with assistance from others.
- Needs Improvement - Candidates at this level lack specific knowledge and framework for thought processing in this type of skill. Most problems are solved intuitively and thinking is linear. Repeated failure, therefore, is expected at this level because of a lot of guesswork.
